Why did I build this?

I’ve been a job seeker multiple times over now and with the advent of AI there is no reason to properly research how to prepare for a competitive job search. That includes researching what your competitive salary range is that you could be making and knowing how to negotiate that.

There is no reason HR should be this informed, and you are not 😉

So this is one is for the job seekers and those actively taking charge of their careers.

By doing their due diligence upfront.
