Initiating Video Calls • User can send a ‘Call Me’ widget to an end user for initiating video calls. • The user would add their country code. • Once the user enters the numbers and hits ‘call’, the app would make a video call on behalf of the agent by using the Call Me API.
Logging call details to chat • After the video call ends, the details of the call would be logged back to the chat. • The ACME app will log the start date, end date and call duration. • The app users INC’s private chat log, visible only to INC users, to log the link and recording. |
