Initiating Video Calls β’ User can send a βCall Meβ widget to an end user for initiating video calls. β’ The user would add their country code. β’ Once the user enters the numbers and hits βcallβ, the app would make a video call on behalf of the agent by using the Call Me API.
Logging call details to chat β’ After the video call ends, the details of the call would be logged back to the chat. β’ The ACME app will log the start date, end date and call duration. β’ The app users INCβs private chat log, visible only to INC users, to log the link and recording. |
